Delete your account

Are you changing roles or adjusting your sales strategy? If you've stopped pursuing public contracts or feel that Tendium is no longer right for you, then you can either pause your subscription at the end of your contract period or fully close your account and delete all your data.

Delete your account and user data

While we hope that Tendium proves to be a useful tool for your public contracting workflow, we understand that this can always change. For that reason, any user can choose to upgrade or downgrade their account at the end of their contract period or delete their account entirely at any point in time.

Once your account has been deleted, there is no option to retrieve your account data. Bear in mind that if you delete your account any other users you may have invited to your workspace will also lose access. So before choosing to to do so, it's worth evaluating your options:

Remove users: If you'd like to keep your account open but simply remove specific users from it, you can deactivate and reactivate users on an as needed basis.

Pause subscription: If you won't be using Tendium for the foreseeable future, but may again later on, then you can pause your subscription to freeze your account and maintain all your existing data. Doing so means you will no longer be able to use the platform (ie to check your tender monitoring feed or manage tenders in a bid space), but all your data will remain intact should you choose to reactivate your account.

Note: This option is only available at the end of your monthly or annual contract.

Delete account: If you're sure that you will no longer be using Tendium and would like to permanently close your account, you always have the option of doing so. This option will immediately delete your user account and all data associated with your company's workspace.

Warning: Deleting account data cannot be undone.

To pause your subscription or delete your account, please submit your request to support@tendium.com using the email address associated with your account.

FAQ

How long will my data be stored in your database after my account has been deleted?

Once your account has been deleted your user data will be immediately removed from our database.

When can I make changes to my subscription?

If you'd like to upgrade your account (for instance to add more seats to your company or gain access to additional functionality), you can do so at any time. To downgrade your account to a lower level plan, you will need to wait until the end of your contract period.

If you do not want to renew your monthly or annual contract, you may choose to pause your account at the end of your contract period to retain your account data indefinitely.

What happens when a user in my company deletes their account?

If someone who has been invited to your workspace chooses to delete their account, then you will no longer be able to tag them in comments or assign them to any tenders or call offs. All historic comments they may have left, however, will still be visible.
